Chicago Stars FC are Chicago’s professional women’s soccer club and a founding member of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL). Originally known as the Chicago Red Stars, the club has been part of the city’s soccer landscape since 2006, building a legacy around elite competition and some of the biggest names in the women’s game.
Rebranded as Chicago Stars FC in 2024, the club entered a new era with an identity inspired by Chicago’s iconic six-pointed star and the city’s grit, resilience and pride. Today, the Stars continue to represent Chicago on the national stage while helping grow the women’s game for the next generation.
